A reporter for plastic news recently came to shenzhen to interview the director of the office of the board of directors of the board of directors of the board of directors of the board of directors of the leadership development center, director of leadership development center, liu wencheng. Q: what are the latest trends? Our traditional advantage is the OEM manufacturer of Japanese office equipment. This part of the business is still our largest source of revenue. In this area, we must strive for excellence. If any minor errors occur in the manufacturing process, it may lead to the use of the printer. Therefore, the customer demands very high. Currently, we are building an office equipment manufacturing plant in Vietnam, our first plant outside China. The factory will start production later this year. Recently, we have begun to expand our consumer electronics business. We are now a big supplier of top brands such as samsung. We provide plastic and metal parts. These customers are very strict and must deliver high quality products. Smartphone makers don't need the cheapest mobile phone parts, but they need high-precision, high-quality, differentiated products. We are especially excited about the expansion of the auto parts factories in wuhan and chongqing. The auto industry has been stable, including China and overseas markets, and has been supported by governments. Q: what is the impact of rising domestic Labour costs on enterprises? This is a major challenge that we must confront head-on. One of our current initiatives is to increase the use of automation equipment and technologies such as laser welding and automated testing. And we only use high-end imported equipment. This is part of our strategy to focus on "high quality products, best quality control". We want to open the gap with those companies that are playing quantity and price. Q: what about employee recruitment and mobility? We recognize that recruitment, training and retention of qualified staff are a challenge. We are trying to build a culture of companies that can make and become attractive workplaces. One way is to provide competitive benefits. For example, we provide apartments for employees and families, and we provide assistance to our employees' children in shenzhen. This is one of the ways we keep good people. For professionals, we provide annual bonuses and equity awards for our supervisors. Our company is a step ahead of other Chinese companies in providing equity. Q: what is the impact on China's slowing economy? The world may be convinced that China's economic environment is worrying, but in fact, it is stable, albeit at a slower pace. The government is creating a more pleasant environment for enterprises. The government is also improving efficiency. Q: what are the biggest challenges you might face in the next five years? Look for experienced, skilled employees. We need people who are flexible and able to adapt to new challenges. We need to train them and help them improve their skills and develop a better career path. This is a management challenge, so we provide leadership training to meet this challenge. One of the challenges we face is that universities are failing to produce enough graduates with technical skills. Colleges and universities need to improve to deliver engineers and staff with good technical skills. Q: you have been working in the mold manufacturing industry for 20 years. What's the biggest change you've seen? In the past, the production and testing of products were simple. But then there was a revolutionary upturn, and today's mold manufacturing is really a science. We focus on high-tech tools such as EDM [EDM] and CNC [CNC] and automated testing tools. The popularization of the Internet also makes it easier for us to cooperate with customers around the world.
